Return Policy

Returns and Refunds

Items may be returned for a full refund within 2 weeks of the date of purchase (with the exception of any Trading Card Game product). All returned items must be sealed in their original packaging and undamaged in order to be returned. Customers must provide receipts or proof of purchase in order to return items. House Rules Games reserves the right to deny any refund.

Online orders

Online orders that are cancelled and refunded before pickup will result in a 5% restocking fee.
