Choose buildings that suit your strategy well and purchase them, then decide the ideal locations to place these buildings in order to grow your districts. This will earn you more and more Golden Carrots. Or, try to pick the exact location that your opponent has their eye on, and thwart all of their plans for expansion.
Finally, the inhabitants will send you their requests, which will guide you in your construction choices and can bring in a lot of a lot of extra Golden Carrots!
A high replayability awaits you, as not all buildings will be available and you will never draw the same Request cards twice!
