Cascadia: Alpine Lakes is a beautiful strategy board game for 1-4 players that plays in 30-45 minutes. From the team that brought you Calico, Cascadia, Verdant, Fit to Print, Nocturne, and Knitting Circle, this puzzly game designed by Randy Flynn and developed by the Flatout Games CoLab is a new stand-alone tile-layering game in the Cascadia universe that takes the beloved tile and token-drafting and environment-building to new heights! Turns are simple - players familiar with Cascadia will be right at home. Simply choose a habitat tile and wildlife token pair and place them into your expanding environment. This time, each habitat tile is a double-hexagon and tiles can be stacked. Many of the core game mechanics are similar to Cascadia, but the twist is that each habitat scores in different ways and your environment is now a three-dimensional spatial puzzle with new stacking and adjacency challenges. The game comes with a variety of Habitat and Environment Scoring Cards, allowing you to mix and match new challenges and create new combos each and every time you play! There are limitless unique game setups to explore!
